A trip to the beautiful granite of the Sierras and Lake Tahoe.

Here's Loraine standing at the Vikingsholm parking lot on Emerald Bay.

We took a short walk out to this waterfall. If you look at the picture above, you can barely see it behind Loraine's right shoulder.

I decided to play in the waterfall and cool off. (The weather was perfect!)

And we spent some time watching the boats go in and out of Emerald Bay from our perch at the top of the waterfall.
