The Evolution of an E-Mail Address

The great thing about the Internet is that it is constantly changing and growing. Likewise, my education and career have grown along with it. I've had literally dozens of email addresses since the early days of the Internet's popularity. I got my first Internet email address back in 1993 and have never turned back. I still remember the days before Mosaic unlocked the WWW. I was amazed by the information you could find by hopping from one site to another using GOPHER. I was overwhelmed back then when there were fewer than 1 million computers on the Internet, so you can imagine my amazement with the world we see today!

Most of the email addresses don't work anymore, or I no longer have access to them. But, they're still a part of my history. Follow my past by tracing the fossil record:
