1 block of firm tofu (frozen)
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic (about 3 - 4 cloves pressed)
2 teaspoons grated onion
3 Tablespoons hot mustard
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
3 Tablespoons roased peanut oil
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 Tablespoons unsulfured molasses

Drain the tofu and place it in the freezer overnight.
Combine the marinade ingredients and mix them together.
Cut the tofu into 4 slices.
Marinate the slices for at least one hour.
Heat a little oil in a pan and add the tofu.
Cover the pan and continue to fry over medium-high heat until the tofu browns. Flip it and brown the other side.
Add any remaining marinade as the pan begins to dry out.
Toast your bread and prepare the sandwich with condiments. Add the tofu when ready.
