Red Cabbage Salad
Lite and yummy. A good alternative way to eat cabbage.

INGREDIENTS

under 1/4 cup olive oil
juice from 1/2 lemon
1-2 tablespoons dill
2 cups red cabbage (1/4-1/2 small head)
1/2 cup herbed feta cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

The ingredient amounts here are approximations.
In salad bowl, mix olive oil and lemon juice, and fresh ground pepper as desired.
Toss cabbage, dill, and feta with dressing.
