1 pound zucchini, thinly sliced (4 cups) (2 medium)
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons of herb of choice (dill, sage, rosemary)
2 medium cloves garlic, pressed
salt and pepper to taste
Line baking tray with aluminum foil.
Mix together sauce in bowl.
Toss with zucchini.
Spoon zucchini and sauce into tray.
Broil 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
