Herbed Green Beans
Mom's tasty green beans from Thanksgiving

INGREDIENTS

1 Pound Fresh Green Beans
4 Tablespoons Butter
1/2 cup onion, minced
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup celery, minced
1/2 cup parsley, minced
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary (or 1/4 teaspoon dried)
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Trim ends of beans
Cook beans
Meanwhile, melt butter.
Saute garlic, celery, and onion
Add parsley, rosemary, basil
Simmer for about 10 minutes
Toss butter sauce with green beans

I imagine you can cut down the amount of butter if necessary...
