Caesar Salad Dressing
A tangy and flavorful dressing.


1 egg
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice (about 1/2 lemon)
2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
2/3 cup Olive Oil
1 - 2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt


In a small bowl, beat egg.
Add other ingredients.
Mix Well.

Goes great with home-made croutons that you bake from old french bread. Baste the bread with olive oil and parmesan cheese. Place on a cookie sheet and heat at about 350 degrees for five minutes. Check it every minute or two -- it burns really quickly!
