Asian Pasta Salad
Cold pasta salad with veggies and an Asian flavor oil and vinegar dressing. Great for a picnic.

INGREDIENTS

1.5 T Sugar
1 T Soy Sauce
1 T Sesame Oil
3 T Rice Vinegar
3 T Peanut Oil

Carrots, Red Peppers, corn, celery, etc...

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook stirfry noodles
Drain and add some dressing.
chop vegetables
Place vegetables in shallow water.
Bring water to boil, cook to taste (< 5 minutes) veggies should still be firm and chunky in my opinion.

Add veggies to noodles.

Serve cold. Great for a picnic!
